Wheatgrass Storage
After harvesting you should try to juice the wheatgrass as soon as you can. You can however, store them safely for about 7 days in the refrigerator.
Place the cut wheatgrass in a Ziploc bag with a paper towel at the bottom. Do not wash the wheatgrass until you use them. Water speeds up decomposition and will cause the wheatgrass to go bad sooner.

Caution: Once juiced, the wheatgrass juice should be drunk immediately. After about 30 minutes the juice starts going bad. All unused juice should be discarded.

Place the wheatgrass in a ziploc. I use the gallon size freezer bags.
